Staff were friendly, spoke English well, gave great restaurant recommendations, and were helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and they accommodated our group. Conveniently located near a bus station and well-maintained property. Two keys provided, one for the room and one for the main gate.

We got a great value for our money with a cheap stay in Prague at Oaza Hotel. The room was clean and the reception service was exceptional, allowing us to check-in early and even moving our bags to the room when we were out. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Menu for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great customer service. They were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. the hotel had a convenient location, close to the main roads and attractions. the free parking was a big plus for us.
The exterior of the hotel could use some improvement, as it didn't look very appealing from the outside. the rooms were also average and could benefit from some updating.
